Objectives
Responsible for Biopharm marketing team in China/HK region
Responsibilities
• Develop LOB long term & short term marketing strategies
• Prepare annual business strategies & tactics
• Develop and execute public relationship & specific promotion plan
• Prepare & execute annual, quarterly, monthly marketing activities
• Plan & execute market survey
• Conduct marketing analysis & forecast for new products development
• Plan & execute new product launch
• Build marketing team
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above major in Biological, Bioengineering or relevant background, MBA desired
• At least five years marketing experience with large MNC
• Effective communication and leadership skills to influence and motivate team members
• Excellent English and Chinese communication and negotiation skills
